This work is personal. I’ve lived the patterns, the overwhelm, the numbness, the constant fight to feel in control. I used to wear a uniform as a police officer and escape into bodybuilding. Chasing strength on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside.
Now I guide others through that same transformation. From escaping into overthinking to finding deep, embodied safety. Making your body the safe place it was always meant to be.With me, you’ll find a space rooted in science, soul, and safety.

First of all: The space we co-create together is free from judgment and shame. In my sessions, I work with the following 5-step principle. However, our sessions are individually adjusted to each client’s personal needs.
Step — Recreating Safety through Body Awareness
A lot of us are constantly up in their thoughts and feel distanced or even disconnected from their bodies. This is where typical symptoms like anxiety, stress or dissociation start — by not feeling safe in our inner home anymore.
We recreate that safe space through practices like breath awareness, embodied meditations, guided visualizations and emotional presence.Step — Staying safe while facing triggers
Triggers can be anything from a sound, a thought, an emotion, a situation, or even a subtle physical sensation that pulls your body and mind back to an unwanted past moment of stress, discomfort, or trauma.Example: that harmless little ping from your inbox. If it still sends your nervous system into overdrive, that’s okay. It just means your body’s been keeping score. Staying safe means gently anchoring yourself in this moment, and here’s the good news: we can rewire your system until a ping is just… a ping.
Step — Finding Tools to become present
Releasing the pattern of staying stuck in fight/flight or freeze response requires us to create our personal toolkit to come back to the here and now.Step — Nothing but the Truth
Once we feel safe enough in ourselves again, we are entering the fourth stage: releasing that protective mechanism of keeping secrets from ourselves.
This is the stage to which we will constantly come back in our ongoing journey together and for me, it’s the most important one in therapy
We are opening up your unconscious. The blocks you’re not yet aware of, the ones your mind has suppressed but your body deeply remembers, the ones that keep you small. This is what Carl Gustav Jung calls shadow work, an approach I deeply honor and integrate in my work.
Note: Nothing that we have experienced has the power to define us and can only “rule” us as long as we avoid it.Step — Integration & Rewiring
After opening up new insights, we need time to integrate the newly-won information. This means reframing limiting beliefs, rewiring the conditioning we’ve uncovered, and returning to the truth that’s always been inside.
In our work together, we’ll move through these steps again and again in a natural, evolving rhythm.
