4. Services

The Soulshine Space LLC offers a variety of wellness and educational services including but not limited to:

• coaching and mentoring sessions

• somatic and embodiment practices

• yoga classes

• retreats and in-person experiences

• digital courses, workshops, and educational materials

All services offered through The Soulshine Space LLC are rooted in somatic awareness, trauma-informed education, and holistic personal development. These services are intended to support self-exploration, embodiment, and personal growth, and are not intended to replace psychotherapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment.

5. Payments

All prices for products and services are listed on the website and may change at any time.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout if required by law.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted unless required by law.

5a. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

In general, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply or may expire early in certain cases, including:

Digital Products and Online Content
The right of withdrawal does not apply once access to digital content (such as online courses, downloadable materials, or programs) has been granted and the consumer has expressly agreed to waive their withdrawal right before accessing the content.

By purchasing and accessing this digital content, you agree that access is granted immediately and you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers).

Services and Coaching Sessions
If a service begins during the withdrawal period at the customer's request, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully provided.

Retreats, Workshops and Events with Fixed Dates
The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to leisure activities and events scheduled for a specific date or period, including retreats and in-person workshops.

By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

6. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule online sessions with at least 48 hours notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

For in-person sessions or events requiring additional preparation, different cancellation policies may apply (see below) or will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Retreat Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Participation in retreats offered by The Soulshine Space LLC requires a confirmed booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your retreat booking:

More than 60 days before the retreat
70% of the retreat price is refundable.

Between 60 and 30 days before the retreat
50% of the retreat price is refundable.

Less than 30 days before the retreat
The retreat fee is non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances, this cancellation policy still applies. Reach out to us directly to discuss any changes as soon as possible.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

The Soulshine Space LLC is not responsible for travel costs including flights, visas, or other travel-related expenses.

Program Changes

The Soulshine Space LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to retreat schedules, activities, facilitators, or program content when necessary.

Such adjustments may occur due to weather conditions, participant needs, or other unforeseen circumstances and are intended to support the overall retreat experience. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

The Soulshine Space LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone a retreat if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to insufficient participant enrollment, venue issues, illness, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the retreat fee paid to The Soulshine Space LLC. The Soulshine Space LLC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, transportation, travel insurance, or other travel-related costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, videos, course materials, and branding, is the property of The Soulshine Space LLC unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website or access systems without authorization.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The Soulshine Space LLC does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or professional outcomes from the use of its services.

Participant Responsibility

By participating in any retreat, session, or program offered by The Soulshine Space LLC, participants acknowledge that activities may include physical movement, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and emotional self-exploration.

Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own physical and emotional wellbeing and confirm that they are in suitable health to participate.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional if they have any medical or psychological concerns before participating.

Participants may choose their level of participation and may step back from any activity at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soulshine Space LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or its Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if The Soulshine Space LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
